The Department for the Development of the State Language of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment announces the Republican contest under the slogan "Qadrin baland bolsin, ona tilim".

The Department for the Development of the State Language of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment announces the Republican contest under the slogan "Qadrin baland bolsin, ona tilim".

The main purpose of the competition is to increase the prestige of the Uzbek language as the state language, to promote the state language as a national value, to cultivate a sense of national pride, to strengthen the international status of our language, and, most importantly, to develop a creative approach.

The creative works submitted to the contest will broaden the worldview of the population and youth, strengthen social activism and a sense of belonging to the nation, increase the culture of reading, written and oral literacy, instill in the younger generation a sense of national pride in the Uzbek language. In creative work, it should serve to demonstrate the love and attention of our compatriots abroad and foreigners who love the Uzbek language to the Uzbek language, to strengthen the existing international status of the Uzbek language.

Strengthening the current status of the Uzbek language, as well as the development of a creative approach of the general public to the problems of the state language; creation of a collection of creative works on the Uzbek language and literature for demonstration in educational institutions, government agencies, labor unions and popularization among the population; the main goals of the competition are to reveal and develop the creative potential of talented young people, to encourage and popularize their creative samples that promote the state language.

The competition will be held in the following nominations:

1. The best work of art (poetic work - up to 30 lines; prose story - up to 3600 characters).

2. The best journalistic article (essay, plate - up to 5400 characters).

3. The best promotion of the Uzbek language abroad (scientific, artistic, musical works and audio and video products created by ethnic Uzbeks or foreign citizens aimed at promoting the Uzbek language abroad).

4. The best social videos (audio, video duration up to 3 minutes).

The winners of the competition will be awarded with cash prizes.

The most exemplary, ideologically and artistically mature creative works are widely promoted through the media.

Creative works will be accepted until September 20 of this year under the heading "Kadring baland bolsin, ona tilim" via e-mail info@til.gov.uz or by telegram @tiluz_Bot.
