The originals of labor and pension books, military tickets are not subject to reclamation, transfer or export abroad.
Repeated marriage certificates may not be claimed, if the marriage is terminated, as well as birth certificates for the dead. Birth certificates of minors are requested by their legal representatives. Death certificates may be requested by relatives of the deceased or legal entities for official purposes.

The application form is filled in two copies for each document with an attachment of a copy of the applicant's passport.
