A new park has been opened in Sergeli district.
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the new ecopark in the Sergeli region.
During a visit to the Uchtepa district on May 21 last year, the head of state instructed to create more parks in the districts of Tashkent and expand the conditions for recreation for the population.
So, in the Sergeli district, Flowers Garden Park was formed with a total area of 10 hectares, including a 5-hectare garden and a modern flower center in the same size.
The park has planted more than 6 thousand ornamental trees of 30 species, including magnolia, fotinia, black pine, spruce, maple "Crimson King" and others, as well as more than 60 thousand shrubs of 20 species. There are restaurants and shops.
In the center of culture and leisure, built in collaboration with the Turkish company Natural Peyzaj, 200 jobs were created. Qualified agronomists and entomologists are involved.
The head of state familiarized himself with the conditions created in the park, examined decorative trees and flower shops.
